Meet the Dentists
Melissa E. Rinck, D.D.S.
Dr. Rinck is a graduate of University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Undergraduate Biology major at San Francisco State and College of Marin.
Dr. Rinck began her career in Dentistry, as a Registered Dental Assistant and worked for 7 years, as a Chairside Assistant, in Periodontal Care and Family General Dental Practices. She is a Member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Marin County Dental Society. Dr. Rinck earned her Cosmetic Dentistry Certification through Pac-Live Courses in San Francisco, completing Anterior Cosmetics, full mouth restorations and advanced occlusion on patients.
Dr. Rinck is a Past President for the Rotary Club of Ignacio (2015-2016), has a passion for travel and helping others., in her community and abroad.
Dr. Rinck has traveled with Rotarians and High School students to Mexico to help build houses for families & Provide Dental care and Awareness. Most recently ,joining a Team of Surgeons, on a Rotoplast Mission to Bangladesh, providing Dental Care to the Children undergoing Surgeries for Cleft lip/palate and burns.
Dr. Rinck grew up in Mill Valley and has raised 3 daughters with her husband, Michael. (:-)

Judy Chau, D.D.S.
Dr. Judy Chau is a Bay Area native and a graduate from UC San Diego with a degree in Human Biology and Communications. She then attended the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry where she was inducted into the Tau Kappa Omega honor society for scholastic excellence and character. She has worked in private practice for more than 13 years.
Dr. Chau is continuously expanding her range of services in order to serve her patients more effectively . She routinely takes advanced post graduate classes and residencies including the Endodontic Continuum at UCLA, Orthodontics at the Center for Occlusal Studies, and the International Dental Implant Association. Dr. Chau provides services in all aspects of general dentistry as well as root canals, complicated extractions, bone grafting, implant placement and restoration, sleep apnea appliances, traditional orthodontic treatment and Invisalign, soft tissue laser surgery, aesthetic dentistry, and full mouth reconstruction.
In tandem with her skills and experience, Dr. Chau has an exceptionally empathetic and compassionate chairside manner. Both children and adults feel at ease because of how she can explain scary sounding and complicated procedures with easy-to-understand analogies. Her passion and cheerfulness relaxes patients. She believes in treating not just the teeth but the patient as a whole. Dr Chau can speak Vietnamese and elementary Spanish as well.
She and her husband have two beautiful children and a rescue dog. Outside of work, Dr. Chau plays the piano and guitar, is an experienced yogi, and enjoys hiking.
